We use a structured change request process. If a change is small (under 5 hours), we absorb it. Larger scope changes are documented, priced, and require sign-off before we proceed. We've found that a clear discovery phase at the start of every engagement dramatically reduces scope surprises downstream.
We don't offer a blanket money-back guarantee, but we do milestone-based billing — you only pay for work that has been delivered and accepted. If a milestone doesn't meet the agreed acceptance criteria, we fix it at our cost before invoicing. This structure aligns our incentives with yours.
All engagements include a post-launch hypercare period (30–60 days depending on package) with priority support at no additional cost. After hypercare, you can move to a monthly maintenance retainer (starting at $3,500/month) that covers monitoring, incident response, and up to 10 hours of advisory per month.
